Terms of Service

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or copy its design or content for reuse without permission.

We design and build websites and related digital infrastructure for small and local service businesses. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are agreed with you in writing before work begins, in a proposal, order form or invoice.

Fees are billed through Stripe. Upfront fees are due before work begins and monthly plans are billed automatically on the schedule stated in your order. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has started.

You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business, to have the rights to any content, logos and photographs you give us, and to respond to requests in a timely way so work can proceed.

Once your engagement is paid in full, you own the finished website delivered to you, subject to the terms of your service agreement. Structor Digital retains ownership of its reusable systems, templates, tools, code libraries and know-how used to build it, and may reuse general techniques and non-client-specific components in future work. Your domain, business listings, logo, photographs and written content are always yours.

The Site and websites we build rely on third-party providers such as hosting, payment processing, email and analytics services. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those providers.

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We work carefully and test what we build, but we do not guarantee that any website will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce a particular business result, ranking or volume of inquiries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structor Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the Site or the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to that claim.

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable service agreement or order form. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
